Agreement

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and A&H NexusWorks LLC(“we”, “us”) for use of MediWell Insight on the web and in our iOS and Android apps (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Educational use only — not medical advice

The Service provides general educational information about medications, supplements and interactions. It does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, recommend individual doses, or replace a licensed healthcare professional, and using it does not create a clinician–patient relationship.

  • Always consult a qualified clinician or pharmacist before starting, stopping or changing any medication or supplement.
  • In an emergency, call your local emergency number immediately (for example 911 in the U.S., 999 in the U.K., 112 in the EU). Do not rely on the Service.
  • Responses are generated by artificial intelligence and may be incomplete, outdated or wrong. Verify important information with authoritative sources.
  • Healthcare professionals remain solely responsible for their clinical judgment and decisions.

Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • Provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • You can delete your account at any time from your account menu → Account & billing, or by emailing ahnexusworks@gmail.com.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or to seek help causing harm to yourself or others;
  • attempt to bypass safety features, usage limits or subscription checks;
  • access other users’ data, probe or disrupt our systems, or scrape the Service;
  • upload content you do not have the right to share, or other people’s health information without authorization;
  • resell the Service or present its responses as professional medical advice.

Subscriptions, billing and cancellation

A free plan is available. Paid plans (see Pricing) unlock more questions and features and are billed monthly in advance.

Automatic renewal

Paid subscriptions renew automatically each month at the then-current price until you cancel. We will tell you in advance of any price change, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

How to cancel — any time

Sign in, open your account menu (top right) and choose Manage subscription to cancel or update billing. If you ever subscribe through the App Store or Google Play in our mobile apps, cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings instead.

Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access to paid features until the end of the current billing period, after which your account returns to the free plan.

Refunds

Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not give partial refunds for unused time. App Store and Google Play purchases are billed by Apple or Google, and refund requests for them are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. If you live in a country that gives you a right to withdraw from a digital service contract, you may exercise it by contacting ahnexusworks@gmail.com within the period the law allows.

Your content and our content

You keep ownership of the questions and files you submit. You give us permission to process them only to provide the Service to you, as described in the Privacy Policy.

The Service, including its software, design and branding, belongs to A&H NexusWorks LLC. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use it for your own educational purposes under these Terms.

App Store and Google Play terms

If you use our iOS app, the following also applies:

  • These Terms are between you and A&H NexusWorks LLC only, not Apple. We, not Apple, are solely responsible for the app and its content.
  • Your licence is limited to using the app on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Usage Rules.
  • Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
  • If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation.
  • We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, and consumer-protection claims.
  • We, not Apple, are responsible for investigating and defending any claim that the app infringes a third party’s intellectual property rights.
  • You confirm you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country, and are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
  • You must comply with applicable third-party terms (for example your wireless data agreement) when using the app.
  • Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

If you use our Android app, your use of Google Play is also subject to Google’s terms, and Google is not responsible for the app.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of these may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, A&H NexusWorks LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any decision you make based on the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or put users or the Service at risk. If we close a paid account without cause, we will refund any prepaid, unused period.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be heard in the state and federal courts located in the Florida county where A&H NexusWorks LLC has its principal place of business, except where the law of your place of residence gives you mandatory consumer protections — including the right to bring a claim in your local courts — that cannot be waived.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post changes here, update the effective date, and give notice in the app or by email before material changes take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.
