How to delete your account

In the app (iPhone or Android)

Tap your initial (top right) → Account & Privacy → Delete my account, then type DELETE to confirm.

On the web

Sign in, open your account menu (top right) → Account & billing → Delete my account, then type DELETE to confirm.

Can’t sign in?

Email ahnexusworks@gmail.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We’ll confirm the request came from you, delete the account and email you when it’s done.

What is deleted

• Your account, email address and preferences
• All your conversations, including any attachments you sent
• Usage counts and plan information
• Your Stripe customer record, which immediately ends any subscription bought on the website — no further charges

Timing and what we keep

• Deletion from our live systems is immediate and can’t be undone.
• Residual copies in encrypted backups are overwritten within 30 days.
• We email you a confirmation and keep a short deletion record (email address, account ID, date and billing outcome) with our support team, as described in the Privacy Policy.
• Invoices and payment records are kept by Stripe, Apple or Google where tax and accounting law requires.

App Store and Google Play subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought in our iPhone or Android app — only Apple or Google can stop those charges. Cancel it first in your device’s subscription settings (see Support), then delete your account.
